Lily of the Valley Wellness, LLC is an independent, private counseling practice owned by Emily Spencer, MS, NCC, LPC/LCPC, PMH-C, BC-TMH. Emily specializes in perinatal mental health, reproductive trauma, women’s mental health, and trauma.

Limited in-person appointments will be available in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania beginning in June 2026.

Virtual counseling is available for clients living anywhere in Pennsylvania or Maryland.
